This realistic reproduction of a human skull with muscle insertions was idealized for medical training. That is, the skull has been adapted to the anatomical ideal, all anatomical details and structures are visible. The model consists of the occiput, the cranial vault and the lower jaw. Teeth are equivalent to real dentures in terms of position and tooth gap. The lower jaw is flexible and detachable mounted. The cranial vault is secured by unbreakable metal pins and magnets without disturbing hooks. The model corresponds to the size and proposals of a skull of a European adult.
