Élise Larouche, Pht.
Elise Larouche graduated from the University of Montreal's physiotherapy program in 2001 with a strong desire to help diverse populations. For several years, she worked with both adults and children, forging fundamental connections. One area quickly became her passion: neurodevelopment!
She trained in several neurodevelopmental approaches (Masgutova, Padovan, RMT, EME) and developed an expertise centered on globality. The study of the primitive brain and the emotional brain showed her that motor and emotional development were inseparable. Thus, she was able to better understand developmental problems and, above all, that physical therapists had an important role to play with children. She knew that working with the body's movements, supporting the baby's primitive reflexes and allowing them to mature as much as possible, in a secure emotional environment, constituted a great truth. Helping the child and their family had never been so rewarding.
She now wants to share the richness of her experiences with children and adults who need to learn to manage an immature and insecure nervous system. Motor immaturities, infant crying, anxiety and developmental disorders are conditions that she enjoys supporting. Finally, having understood the power of intention, Elise stands out with a most benevolent approach, which gives full meaning to the "know-how" of physiotherapy.

He has always been passionate about movement and all forms of physical training. You have likely seen several of his video clips on social media demonstrating calisthenics, parkour, powerlifting, and gymnastics movements. Dominic cares for his patients in private practice at Accès Physio (co-owner). He is interested in reducing their pain and supporting them in achieving their goals. Dominic is dedicated to making his patients stronger, more stable, and more mobile to help them avoid recurrences. It is with honor and humility that Mr. Labelle takes over from Chantal Gendron, who skillfully and dynamically taught this renowned lumbar stabilization course for many years. Respecting traditions and a winning formula, he wishes to bring his personal touch and a scientific update to the course.

Vincent Beaudoin Hamel, Pht.
Vincent Beaudoin Hamel completed his Master's degree in Physiotherapy from Université Laval in 2014. He practices in private clinic at PCN, where he works with a diverse clientele ranging from high-level athletes to sedentary patients in post-operative rehabilitation. He has worked with several sports teams, including the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team and the Académie Saint-Louis, which allowed him to deepen his skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field follow-up.
Vincent has a strong interest in exercise prescription and the integration of evidence-based methods to optimize his patients' recovery and performance. He notably uses Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training in private practice as a complementary tool to promote muscle development and accelerate functional rehabilitation.
His approach focuses on the individualization of treatments and the optimization of movement to help his patients achieve their goals, whether in return to sport or in rehabilitation.
Convinced that active physiotherapy is a powerful lever for performance and rehabilitation, Vincent applies these tools daily with his patients to accelerate their recovery and improve their physical abilities.
