With its unique design, the new Ryno Lacer II provides equal tension across all laces providing supreme comfort, ease of application and superior wrist and thumb immobilization. The tension can be easily adjusted for patients with disproportionate wrist and forearm circumferences.

Three aluminum reinforcements comfortably immobilize the wrist and thumb. In addition, each reinforcement is removable if desired.

A new, softer, patented felt liner contains polypropylene and wicks sweat away from the skin. Memory foam in the palm and around the base of the thumb increases comfort and support.
