The TheraBand® Resistive Exercise Tape Roll is packaged in a dispenser box. Simply unroll the desired length of the exercise band from the dispenser box and cut with scissors. The high quality TheraBand® latex resistant exercise band has been used in rehabilitation, conditioning and training clinics since 1987. It has become a staple of many physiotherapy programs. Light, compact and portable, it is effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. Color code according to the resistance of the exercise band. Color sequence so that the resistance level is easily identified. Available in 8 resistance levels for progressive exercise. The levels vary in order of strength, from the lowest to the highest resistance: beige, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold. Uniform width - each band is 5 "wide. The 50 yard rolls have a core that fits most dispenser mounts. The low powder TheraBand® exercise band is made from natural rubber latex, which which can cause allergic reactions.
