Mindfulness Fundamentals: Practice, Integration, and Application
Enhance your focus, alertness, and listening skills for a better quality of life! Don't miss out!

Who can attend?
This training is open to all healthcare professionals, including chiropractors.
There is a strong concern among healthcare providers for the improvement of their interventions (concentration, vigilance, being attentive and empathetic) and for the improvement of their quality of life and job satisfaction. There is a need to know and experience approaches that allow them to develop, among other things, attitudes and emotional resilience in order to improve both the treatment with their clients as well as their own health and quality of life at work.
The course offers an introduction to content drawn from the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn Ph.D. at the Center for Mindfulness in the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979.
General objectives
Know and experience different mindfulness practices from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
Specific objectives
Describe MBSR as an innovative approach in the field of healthcare for both the healthcare provider and patients.
