General objectives
You will learn a set of techniques in the myofascial system, based on solid anatomical and physiological knowledge. Somatic postural awareness (SPA), our subjective assessment, is one of the key elements in this curriculum. The combination of SPA techniques and manual maneuvers act in depth and will enrich your clinical sessions.
At the end of this course, you will be able to use all the techniques designed to act on the myofascial and parasympathetic systems. You will also know how to read the fascia roadmap and integrate somatic postural awareness during a Structural Myofascial Therapy (SMFT)® session.
Specific objectives

Apply SMFT®-specific techniques while having a very good understanding of their overall relationship to the body;
