Equipment loans policies
Conditions
Must have a service contract with Atlas Medic.
Equipment can be loaned on a trial basis prior to purchase, depending on the agreement you have with your advisor.
Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment loaned while it is in the client’s business environment. Your signature on the delivery slip signifies your acceptance of the loan agreement, at which point you are responsible for the equipment loaned.
Loan period
As needed, to be approved by the Technical service department.
In the case of a pre-purchase trial, the equipment is on loan for 10 working days.
Shipping
Atlas Medic is responsible for shipping.
Damage
The client is responsible for any damages, and will be sent an evaluation of, along with an invoice for, said damages.
Availability
Equipment loans are based on item availability.
