    The most peculiar feature is a knob that enables the wrist and elbow to flex and extend, and the shoulder to be mobilised. The knob can be turned and makes it easier to be grasped either from above or from the side. This aid can be placed on different surfaces and at a different distance, even on the knees of a seated patient, to help move the hand and wrist, as well as the elbow and shoulder.
