Actimove® Manus Forte Plus is a highly breathable and stabilising wrist and thumb brace made from top quality, latex-free materials, for an adjunctive treatment of painful conditions and irritations of the wrist and thumb joint, e.g. skier’s thumb.

The individually mouldable medial splint in combination with the advanced thumb closure system immobilizes the thumb in a neutral position, supporting pain relief and encouraging the healing process. The anatomically shaped volar splint stabilises the wrist joint. Wide inelastic hook and loop straps ensure strong support.

Actimove® Manus Forte Plus enables the patient to take part in everyday activities while providing a pleasant comforting feel of security and reliable support. Thanks to its tubular construction and the easy thumb closure this brace can be easily fitted with one hand.

Indications:

- Irritation of the thumb saddle joint and/or proximal meta-carpo-phalangeal joint of the thumb, e.g. ulnar collateral ligament sprain (gamekeeper’s and skier's thumb)

- Acute pain and irritation in wrist & thumb joint e.g. distorsion

- Chronic pain and irritation in wrist & thumb joint e.g. arthritis

- Arthrosis

- Tendinous synovitis

- Postoperative and posttraumatic irritation, e.g. post Stener lesion surgery

Stabilité

Soutient le soulagement de la douleur et encourage le processus de guérison. Une attelle en aluminium, deux haubans en plastique et des sangles autoagrippantes inélastiques immobilisent le poignet dans une position neutre et empêchent la flexion et l'extension. Les larges bretelles inélastiques offrent une stabilisation globale extra forte.

Confort

Attelle en aluminium anatomiquement préformée et réglable pour un ajustement individuel parfait. La construction globale permet une fixation sûre du poignet tout en laissant les doigts libres de bouger. Les matériaux respirants et doux pour la peau offrent un confort de port élevé et préviennent les irritations cutanées. L'ouverture de boucle de pouce douce avec des bords doux empêche l'abrasion.

Manipulation et convivialité

La construction tubulaire auto-explicative est facile à appliquer d'une seule main. Fermetures auto-agrippantes réglables pour une fixation individuelle et une manipulation facile. Les replis empêchent les sangles de glisser hors de leurs boucles. L'ouverture de la boucle du pouce empêche le renfort de glisser.
